Queens Library Chairman and CEO Testifies at NYC City Council Hearing

 Mr. Galante is testified before two NYC City Council committees:

  • Committee on Cultural Affairs, Libraries and International Intergroup Relations
  • Committee on Finance and the Subcommittee on Libraries

The hearing was called after the New York Daily News ran a report about Mr. Galante’s salary and extensive office remodeling as the library eliminates jobs.
