Survey Results: Library Vendor Negotiation Research Report
Matt Dunie, President of Data-Planet* and with years of experience as a library vendor/executive, from time to time shares tips, strategies, and suggestions with librarians about how to best work with vendors.
For example, in September he was the co-presenter of a pre-conference session at WebSearch University titled, Negotiating Skills for Information Professionals.
About ten days ago Dunie co-presented, “Secrets in Vendor Negotiations” at The Charleston Conference.
During the session he shared results from from a survey of librarians he conducted about vendors.
