Pennsylvania: Retired Law Library Director Charged With Misusing Funds

From Philly.com:

Montgomery County detectives have made another arrest in connection with alleged misappropriation of funds from the county Law Library.  Bruce Piscadlo, who was director of the Law Library when the alleged theft occurred, was arrested Tuesday morning and released on $20,000 bond.

In June, library clerk Barbara Melnyk was charged with buying more than $2,500 worth of textbooks for her daughter.  Her trial is scheduled to start in September.  According to the D.A.’s office, Piscadlo conspired with Melnyk to purchase the books in lieu of a salary increase.
