Tasty! Digitized Collection of Vintage Culinary Institute of America Menus Now Available Online
From the Poughkeepsie Journal:
The Culinary Institute of America recently uploaded to a public website a collection of menus from its restaurants dating back to 1961 and historical menus from around the world will be added soon, the school said.
The materials are available through the Hudson River Valley Heritage website, which is administered by the Southeastern New York Library Resources Council, a non-profit organization in Highland that provides services to libraries and other cultural institutions in eight counties.
