AAP, MPAA and Others File Amicus Briefs in Authors Guild v. HathiTrust Appeal
On February 25th we posted the full text and linked to an in-depth analysis by Professor James Grimmelmann of the opening brief filed by the Authors Guild in their appeal of the Authors Guild v. HathiTrust case.
Yesterday, four amicus briefs were filed by:
