Research Libraries: RLUK Submits Evidence to House of Commons Inquiry into Open Access

RLUK has submitted evidence to the House of Commons Business, Innovation and Skills Committee into Open Access. The evidence gives support for the move towards stronger funder mandates and shorter embargoes.

On a related note, the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee will release a report this Friday (February 22, 2003) about the implementation of the UK government OA policy.
