Kyrgyzstan: “Ministry of Culture Plans to Create a Digital Library”

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan plans to create a database of digital libraries across the country.

The press secretary also said that this year the Ministry of Culture to develop a draft law on financing of the digital library and scanning of foreign literature.
