New Briefing Document Offers a Concise Overview on Usability and User Experience
Here’s a new briefing document (free) from JISC in the UK that provides a concise overview of usability and user experience.
Although the brief was written for a higher-ed audience we think it will be of value to a wider audience.
What does it provide?
The first section of this briefing outlines what we mean by usability and its relevance to a university’s or college’s success. The second section gives some tips and draws on case studies to help developers who are not usability experts make a start with applying usability principles to the development of technology products and services.
