Canadian Library Association Releases Advocacy Survey on the Impact of Federal Budget Cuts to Canada’s Libraries (Final Report)
CLA conducted a survey of members to determine the anticipated impacts on Canadian libraries of the federal government budget cuts to Library and Archives Canada and to other federal libraries. More than 400 members contributed substantive comments to the survey.
This report presents the results of the survey, and indicates the next steps CLA is taking in its advocacy efforts on this issue. We will keep members informed as we take actions, and solicit your support for specific advocacy initiatives.
