The German National Library (DNB) has the statutory mandate to publications in German networks to collect and archive provide. The aim is to put together a workflow with a service provider to establish, at the selected sites is collected regularly (harvesting), and secured a Web interface are provided. While the selection of sites for collecting and providing metadata is made to the sites in the catalog system of DNB to the technical collection including quality control, storing (hosting) and the provision including full text search a service will be conducted.
