Business Research: IPO Filings From the SEC Via Twitter
Along with using Twitter as a social networking service (in a traditional sense) Twitter is also a platform for many types of information acquisition/dissemination.
SECWatch.com, is one of many providers of SEC EDGAR filings for free on the web.
One feature they offer is real time tweeting (as they’re released by the SEC) of forms S1 and S1/A, required filings from companies that wants to go public with an initial public offering (IPO).
