Video: Boise Public Library is Opening a Digital Branch at Boise Airport Later This Month
A new addition for your libraries in airports list.
From KTVB (Includes Video):
The Philadelphia airport has a digital library and our Airport Director, Rebecca Hupp, had visited there this spring and she came back and said can we do this in Boise?” said Kevin Booe, Boise Public Library director.
His response? Of course. And just a few months, that idea has become a reality.

No library card? No problem. Even out-of-towners can sign up for a temporary one on site.

The Boise Public Library’s director says the digital branch cost less than $25,000 to put together. He told KTVB it will also be fairly inexpensive to maintain. Money for the project came out of the existing budget.
