Web Tools: Flickr Now Allows Users to Embed Images and Videos

Key Facts

1. Embeds are available only for publicly shared items in your Flickr account.

2. If a photo from a set, photostream or group is embedded people will be able to browse through the whole collection.

3. Embeds include attribution info.

4. Flickr will provide usage statistics for embedded images.

5. To embed, click the share button and look for the < /> symbol. Click and the embed code will appear.

6. Flickr is soliciting feedback about this new feature.
