Report from Yesterday’s Oral Argument in the Authors Guild v. HathiTrust (Appeal)
Ken Crews, Director of the Columbia University Copyright Advisory Office (part of Columbia University Libraries) and author of Copyright Law for Librarians and Educators: Creative Strategies and Practical Solutions, and a winner of ALA’s L. Ray Patterson Award attended the oral arguments at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City.
