Material available in Kansas periodicals is now available at the website www.libris.ca/kpi through a subscription purchased by the State Library of Kansas, according to a news release.

The Kansas Periodical Index is a reference source that lists articles from Kansas-related periodicals and other material. Magazines currently being published that are indexed include Kansas!, Kansas History, Kansas Government Journal, Kansas Wildlife & Parks, Southeast Kansas Living, The Territorial and Topeka Magazine.

The online Kansas Periodical Index is searchable by keywords. Print versions have been available in approximately 100 Kansas libraries since 1984, but many have discontinued subscriptions due to budget cuts.
