Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association Welcomes 17 New Members

The OASPA Board is delighted to welcome John Wiley & Sons as the newest member of OASPA. Wiley Open Access was launched in early 2011, and now includes eleven journals published under liberal licenses allowing free access and re-use. Wiley is one of many members who joined OASPA in recent months.
