From Fox 5 San Diego

Construction of the new Central Library is 75 percent complete, yet the old library still has a lot of work to do before the big move.

The new downtown library is on schedule to be ready to open by next spring. Crews are putting the finishing touches on the dome of the new library, which has taken nearly 460,000 man-hours thus far.
